This restaurant excels at high-end Chao Zhou cuisine, ranging from the classics to the creative. Several signature and seasonal dishes, such as chilled crab Chao Zhou-style and marinated raw mantis shrimps, have to be pre-ordered. Crispy sea cucumber that takes days to prepare is another highlight. Servers always go the extra mile to deliver thoughtful service but, with only five private rooms in a villa, getting a table can be a challenge in itself.
