Bánh Tráng Nướng "Ops" is Chef Ngo's ode to the neighborhood pizza spot's famed pie. Here it's given a reboot with perfectly grilled crispy rice paper loaded with egg, onions and drizzled with fermented chili and cheese sauce. It even comes with scissors for cutting your perfect piece.
