The Anandi Hotel and Spa Shanghai located in central Hongqiao adjacent to the Suzhou River. Upon the guest check-in, the physical fitness can be tested by Ayurveda, the proven wellness science to determine the personal body constitution. Guests have certain traits which show his or her dominating body type which can be VATA (air), PITTA (fire) or KAPHA (water). Anandi can also provide recommendations to you during your stay based on these determinations.
