Overlooking the famous Salthill Promenade, Galway Bay and the Clare Hills, this elegant hotel features a 25-metre swimming pool, a whirlpool, and a large gym. Just 1 km from Galway city centre, it is set in Galway’s beautiful countryside on the scenic route to Connemara National Park.
With flat-screen TVs with cable channels, rooms at Salthill Hotel all feature free WiFi, and free tea and coffee. Rooms also include an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms also enjoy beautiful sea views.
Full Irish breakfasts are served each day, and The Amber Room and Prom Restaurants serve a variety of menus all made from locally sourced produce. Parking is available on-site for a small fee, and the hotel is located on Salthill’s coast road opposite the promenade and Galway Bay. Galway Golf Club is a 10-minute walk away, and the Pearse Stadium is 5 minutes away on foot.
