Utrecht's city park is an ideal spot to unwind, and where better to do that than in this stylish restaurant with its authentic thatched roof and idyllic terrace overlooking the magnificent lake? Wilhelminapark has been a fixture since 1926, and you'll notice that right away. The chef wins diners over with both a rather classic fish dish accompanied by a rich beurre blanc and a steak tartare with an Asian twist. The wine pairings are equally impressive. Or just drop in to enjoy a drink and some delicious oysters.
