Bassud is the story of Michèlle and Jan, set in an attractive vintage Scandinavian décor. Chef Jan serves minimalist, no-nonsense dishes, using locally sourced produce and jazzed up by subtle twists, such as fermented ingredients or smoked charcoal oven flavours.
