This classic restaurant in the heart of Toledo’s historic quarter boasts a delightful patio-cum-dining room dating back to the 12C, and has had a new lease of life under the command of the sons of the owner, the legendary Adolfo Muñoz. The cuisine is centred around a single seasonal tasting menu that has a strong focus on herbs and vegetables from the latter’s own country estate.
