The restaurant’s name evokes a French nightclub with a stage. Service is informal and relaxed: as music plays in the background, the staff greet customers in their everyday clothes. Dishes are served in traditional style, with each table sharing a single plate. With the feel of a Parisian bistro, this was also the place that first started serving natural wine. With an atmosphere that says ‘café’ and cuisine that says ‘bistro’, the fun of the cabaret never changes.
