Most customers visit this sushi restaurant for Tomoki Kobayashi’s sushi technique and his wife Juri’s graceful service. Drinking snacks, sushi and omakase set menus with generous servings of fish are to be enjoyed with condiments. Veteran sushi epicures know that the gizzard shad, conger eel and eggs are the true test of a sushi restaurant. The consummate skill applied to the humble tamagoyaki rolled omelette makes it a masterpiece. The devotion of the Kobayashis to their craft is palpable.
