The dining room boasts an ultramarine colour scheme dotted by oak logs and panels. Top-quality U.S. Kobe ribeye, Australian grade 9+ and Japanese Miyazaki A5 Wagyu are grilled to perfection in an oak wood-fired oven imbuing steaks with a lovely smokiness.
