Set in a charming house surrounded by ylang-ylang plants, Sum Gradang Nga is a hit with the locals for its Southern Thai cuisine bursting with gutsy flavours. Take the spicy pork cartilage with piquant seasoning, for example. Alternatively, the crab curry, which exudes umami, is served with vermicelli, fresh vegetables and a sweet-sour cucumber salad. Two dining areas: an alfresco space shaded by trees and a cool interior with a pastel pink décor.
