This establishment, which chef Stiller launched before the gourmet Taian Table, is less formal and starched than its high-flying sibling. Splashes of orange lend the space youthful energy and the dishes, made with seasonal quality produce, are to share. The aptly entitled “German inspired” section features dishes inspired by the chef’s culinary roots. Smoked eel on toast with silky scrambled egg on crisp sourdough is deeply satisfying.
