Queues stretch down the street thanks to the pan-fried pork buns which are cooked to perfection, with a crisp base and a juicy filling. Besides the buns, you can find mini wontons and Shaobing with a meat filling. The original shop opened here in 1932; it moved, subsequently returned to the same street, and now has several other shops scattered across Shanghai. You can also buy uncooked dim sum to take home.
