When you get to the front, place your order and pay at the counter at the entrance before finding a seat. The standouts are yellow croaker noodles, and noodles with stir-fried eels. To better experience the skills of the chef here, it’s also worth ordering side dishes, such as shredded pork with pickled vegetables.
