Seasonal ingredients feature on a highly personalised tasting menu which cleverly blends the old and the new. Flavours are memorable, sauces are a highlight and the chef describes every dish with heartfelt passion. The price also includes a carefully curated selection of drinks featuring many local biodynamic/organic wines.
