Examples include masala fried chicken, with coconut and curry leaves; long sweet peppers stuffed with masala cheese and yoghurt sauce; caramelised ginger cake. Simmered and crafted with lashings of spices and aromatic herbs, Manoj’s delicious dishes nonetheless find favour with delicate western palates. The lunch menu is a bargain.
