The popularity of this ramen shop stems from its Miso Ramen, served with bean sprouts stir-fried in a column of fire. The experience of owner-chef Naoto Ishigaki, who apprenticed in Sapporo before moving to Osaka, can be appreciated in this speciality. The Shoyu Ramen, prepared with a combination of meat-based and seafood-based stocks, is a flavour that developed in Osaka. Be sure to check the Ura Shoyu on the back of the menu.
