The four-course prix-fixe is the best way to experience dishes such as radish carpaccio; pasta, like luscious strands of spaghetti twirled with sweet lumps of blue crabmeat and dressed with bottarga and Calabrian chili; and entrees, like seared duck breast composed with kumquat, radicchio and chestnut puree.
