Descrizione
This 50-year-old family-run business has a large cooking station at the front that radiates a welcoming smell of grilled chicken. Most customers come in big groups to share popular Isan dishes. Three varieties of tender chicken are served; the crowd favourite is their signature barbequed chicken marinated in Thai herbs. The fermented fish sauce, made daily, emits an encapsulating aroma and the papaya salad hits the perfect balance between spicy and sour.
