Chef Lucas Bustos, whose popularity has skyrocketed since his appearance in a Netflix documentary on Mendoza’s cuisine (Magical Andes), surprises guests with his modern cooking that celebrates ingredients from the surrounding mountains (potatoes, lamb, trout, vegetables from his own garden etc) that are exclusively showcased on his meticulously prepared menus: Premium, Ultra Premium (both with identical dishes, some chosen by guests, but with different wine pairings) and Degustación (Tasting), the latter requiring prior booking.
