In this pretty Savoyard chalet on the heights of Megève, with a kitchen opening onto a pleasantly rustic-chic dining area, all done out in wood, you can appreciate the attention paid to detail by chef Marvin Lance, previously Julien Gatillon's sous-chef at Le 1920. His set menus – dubbed "Horizon", "Relief" and "Origine" – reflect his creative dishes, which boldly combine his Breton roots and the Savoyard terroir, eg scallops with Villazata white bacon and Haute-Savoie globe artichokes.
