Fishing is a passion that has long been passed down through the family – his grandfather, then his father Richard, were devotees of seafood ingredients. Christopher takes it one step further: in addition to being an experienced fisherman, he is an advocate for sustainable fishing and a campaigner against waste. His cuisine is true to his convictions – a bouquet of marine scents, an ode to the ocean.
