This restaurant is a little off the tourist trail, but it's well worth the journey. Expect chic and trendy interior design, attentive service and, last but not least, culinary finesse built on exceptional ingredients, showcased in flavoursome and dishes that are nuanced without being overly complicated. Every evening there is a choice of two six-course set menus – one vegetarian, the other omnivore. Tip for those who have a smaller appetite: On Wednesdays and Thursdays, there is also a surprise menu comprising just four courses.
