Lisa’s old family home has lost none of its welcoming allure. Today it is a magnificent restaurant, where Lisa offers excellent, mainly German, wine-food pairings. Chef Mirko concocts elegant dishes whose distinctive flavours are jazzed up with a bold individual touch, all of which founded on modern techniques. Examples include a subtly sweet carpaccio of strawberries paired with a bergamot sherbet and a yoghurt ice cream.
