This welcoming Ostal (house in the local dialect) is home to a snug dining room (seating for twenty) appointed in a smart, contemporary vibe with natural materials. Chef Emmanuel Hébrard has passed the torch to Quentin Brunet (formerly of Polypode), who is also devoted to showcasing regional produce (local meat, organic market gardeners, free-range eggs and cheese), as he respects nature and farmers.
