Gnocchi may seem commonplace, but this version is memorable thanks to the rich flavors of lamb sugo and ciabatta breadcrumbs. Chicken is downright exciting, served crisp-skinned with a buttery Albufera sauce, crumbly chestnuts, caramelized fennel, and sausage.
