Khao Soi is one of the best-known dishes of northern Thai cuisine, and the version they serve at this long-standing, family-run shop is a real winner. Like the other options on the menu, the Khao Soi features quality ingredients and house-made noodles. There are multiple toppings available – with the beef version proving particularly flavoursome – and it’s accompanied by generous sides.
