Put on your rose-tinted spectacles and bask in the warm, cosy interior of Quatre Vins, without forgetting the walled terrace, which is bliss come summertime. The menu features a line-up of international dishes to be shared in a friendly, buzzy vibe. How about steamed pork belly with crunchy hispi (pointed) cabbage in a rich BBQ sauce and a bread roll on the side, or steamed haddock on a bed of leeks and a light, herb-flavoured sauce? In addition to a fine range of biodynamic and natural wines, Maxinne and Olivier bend over backwards to ensure guests feel at home in their fun-loving establishment.
