Onslow, a buzzy landmark in the peaceful Sint Anna district, offers casual dining and a terrace bathed in Mediterranean charm. Its international menu with a host of tasty dishes to share is extremely popular with the locals. Lieven Vynck whisks us off to Nice with a pissaladière that is a perfect balance between caramelised onions, anchovies, olives, thyme and lemon peel, unless you would rather sample the fresh, spicy, acidic tang of a mouthwatering ceviche.
