The menu features regional dishes and Mediterranean-influenced options. The chefs make a point of sourcing their ingredients locally and work with trusted producers. Alongside the standard menu, there is a varying menu of the day plus a weekly special. Popular grilled veal and pork hock dishes, as well as goose and duck, are also available if ordered in advance.
