Welcome to the urban canteen of a number of Amsterdam’s local residents – a relaxed eatery without unnecessary sophistication, but one which is both authentic and welcoming. The cuisine is influenced (but not exclusively) by Italy and the chef enjoys adding his own variations and personal touches (such as crunchy textures and local influences) to his cooking. The varied à la carte is impressive indeed!
