The Kaiseki, an offshoot of its star-rated parent restaurant next-door, is superlatively located in an 18C bastide. The spotlight is unsurprisingly on gourmet Japanese cuisine with two menus, each of which features several courses. Chefs Matthieu Dupuis Baumal and Kazunari Noda have pooled their skill and talent to create a genuine culinary voyage poised between France and Japan.
