Rising over the park, a belvedere affording magnificent views of the St. Lawrence and the Quebec region marks the beginning of a spectacular walk. Suspended between the heavens and the dark waters of the St. Lawrence, the boardwalk skirts the steep cliff, leading from the belvedere to Dufferin Terrace. The panorama extends northeast to the Île d'Orléans, Mt. Sainte-Anne and the Laurentides.
