The Source de la Loue is one of the Jura's most beautiful natural sites. It makes for a spectacular sight as its waters gush out of a vast grotto located at the foot of a 100m-high cliff. The Loue is further fed by the water leakage from the Drugeon and the infiltration of rainfall on the plateau. For this reason its flow rate never drops significantly and visitors can always be confident they will see a good amount of water gushing forth.
