Located on the first floor of the Hôtel de Varennes, the Musée du Vieux Montpellier displays exhibits relating to the history of the town from the Middle Ages to the 20C: engravings, portraits of eminent persons, old plates and religious objects, including a Virgin reliquary from Notre-Dame-des-Tables, penitents' sticks and documents from the time of the Revolution.
