Adjoining Slottsparken, Kungsparken is a 50ha English-style garden, officially opened in 1872 by King Oscar II. It boasts a network of canals and pathways home to wild geese and a multitude of other birds. The pavilion, built in 1912, was converted into a casino. As you head up towards Malmö castle at the northern end of the park, you can make out Slottsträdgården, a small botanical garden, overlooked by a charming café.
