Il parere della Guida Michelin
This museum charts the development of functional aesthetics in craftwork from the Middle Ages to postmodernist design. As well as a large collection of furniture, the section on ceramics shows the various productions from Rhenish sandstone to Italian and Islamic majolica as well as European porcelain. The sections devoted to metal arts (especially jewellery) are the highlights of the museum. Finally, the glassware section is also worthy of note.
