These gardens planted with trees and flowers lie between the main train station and the former Natural History Museum. They cover 11ha and are home to around 5 000 animals of all sorts, some of which are very rare, such as the white rhinoceros and the okapi. The grounds also contain several pavilions (planetarium and Aquaforum). The Skywalk is a hanging, flower-decked walkway that takes you above some of the enclosures.
