Dimmed lighting and counter seating establish an intimate, contemporary feel reminiscent of a bespoke bar in Japan. Dasuke reinterprets the flavours of Niigata through carefully sourced local ingredients. Only omakase menus are available, and these include several signature creations, such as the Das burger – a deep-fried patty made with ingredients ranging from ground beef to sashimi, served in a house bun. The impressive sake list has an extensive selection from across Japan, complete with detailed tasting notes.
