A recent renovation has created more contrast and now sports a black counter against wooden panelling. With years of training in Japan, the head chef cooks mostly over an open flame, encompassing eclectic influences from around the world. Only the freshest produce acquired on the day makes it onto the two set menus, with aged and unaged beef from the U.S. and Australia, and Saga and Omi Wagyu from Japan being the main event.
