This modern restaurant stands on the foundations of a mill dating back to 1569 – the preserved millstone can be admired at the entrance. Wood finishes, clean lines and an open kitchen are prominent features of the interior, which has a pleasant, vibrant atmosphere. The cuisine follows the seasons and draws on Alpine traditions, with occasional Asian influences. In the evening, grilled steaks are served too. A Japanese omakase menu comprising three to six courses is available if booked in advance. In the afternoon, guests can choose from a beer garden menu.
