This modern restaurant stands on the foundations of a mill that were laid in 1569 – the preserved millstone can be admired at the entrance. Wood finishes, clean lines and an open kitchen are prominent features of the interior, which has a pleasant, vibrant atmosphere. In the evening, there is a regional à la carte selection as well as a set menu with dishes cooked over hot charcoal on the robatayaki. There is also a Japanese omakase menu comprising three to six courses. The lunchtime offering revolves around the "beer garden menu", which also includes some of the evening dishes. They also have a lovely terrace.
