Il parere della Guida Michelin
Don't let the location on the outskirts and the contemporary building put you off. This restaurant is dedicated to outstanding meats, as you might guess from the mural depicting Rocky Balboa (punching a side of beef in an iconic scene from Rocky) and, opposite that, the aging cellar in which meats of impeccable quality are refined. In addition, dishes such as delicate striped bass crudo with orange, or the lobster with garlic butter, are great. Don't leave without trying the desserts, especially the classic Baileys crème brûlée. The wine list is packed with real gems, and daily seasonal suggestions are featured on the blackboard.
