In a former cookery school, chef-patron Dominik Wachter and his team have implemented an attractive modern "counter concept". In a very appealing and cosy atmosphere, you sit comfortably at the large bar in the middle of the space or at one of the high tables, from where you can watch the action at the kitchen pass unfold. Interesting, coherent dishes are created from predominantly regional ingredients and served as a set menu. They also propose a food-wine pairing.
