Located right in the centre of Potsdam, on Neuer Markt, this 18C building oozes style! On the outside you have the historical façade; inside, a minimalist interior with chic details such as silvery walls, 1950s-style chandeliers and burnt-orange designer chairs. The Frankenhäuser family and their team have dubbed their culinary style "New Prussian Cuisine". A changing selection of dishes can be added as optional upgrades to the five- or six-course set menu. A vegetarian version is also available; please mention this when booking. Tip: On Wed and Thu, a special four-course set menu includes an aperitif, beverage pairings and water. Producers from Brandenburg are favoured by the team when sourcing their carefully selected ingredients. When it comes to wine, it is well worth following owner Jörg Frankenhäuser's recommendations. In summer, try to get a table in the stunning courtyard – unfortunately, seating is limited!
