Il parere della Guida Michelin
Opposite its big sister Adraba, Zoutra (meaning "little one" in Aramaic) is a Levantine wine bar-cum-eatery curated by chef Elior Benaroche. This more intimate venue fêtes the Eastern Mediterranean through small sharing plates of fragrant, generous and sun-drenched fare: prawns with bacon, labneh and roasted chilli; braised lamb arayes wrapped in mofletta; burnt lemon tart. The inviting setting blends stone, concrete and hardwood floors, with an open kitchen and a laid-back lounge atmosphere.
