Assaggio is all about taste! Chef Ugo Alciati (of Guido Ristorante in Piedmont) signs the menu of the stylish restaurant of the Hôtel Castille. As expected, Northern Italy takes pride of place in the score – house-made agnolotti and risotto prepared to order. The pasta is also worth writing home about, as the spaghettoni with lobster, lemon zest, confit tomatoes and trout roe bears witness. The exquisite indoor patio with a fountain and frescoes is perfect for alfresco dining.
