This diminutive restaurant with a midnight-blue and gold façade boasts a chic yet understated decor (velvet banquettes, wooden chairs upholstered in matching velvet, exposed stone walls) – all the better to showcase the creative cuisine and multicultural culinary experience of chef Vartivar Jarkezian. Firmly rooted in French tradition, his cooking also draws discreetly on the influences and pantry of the Middle East (cumin, pistachio, turmeric, yoghurt sauce).
