The restaurant of the Almfamilyhotel Scherer, located right at the foot of the ski slope, ticks a lot of boxes: cheerful, modern Alpine decor, attentive service and, above all, delicious food that showcases carefully selected regional produce. Diners are won over by the bold flavours and flair of dishes such as Obertilliacher Schlipfkrapfen (potato-filled dumplings), brown butter sauce, Parmesan, mountain chives, or ox cheek braised in St Laurent red wine, creamed celeriac, roasted onion Paunzen (Tyrolean gnocchi) and grilled baby leek. At lunchtime, there is an à la carte menu; in the evening a surprise menu dubbed "The Taste" is also available upon reservation.
