This restaurant that has been around for 20 years is certainly an institution. The many regulars appreciate the upscale minimalist-style interior inspired by the Far East, and the flavoursome pan-Asian cuisine, in which a distinct Chinese edge, as well as Japanese and European influences, can be detected. Diners can choose between the "Jins Degustation" set menu and an appealing à la carte selection. We particularly recommend the spring rolls, the bluefin tuna tartare and the handmade dim sum. The wine list is also excellent – connoisseurs will find something to their liking here.
